Trouble shooting technical issues related to networks/server/storage Devices
Handling tickets /Requests
Ensuring Data center up time according to SLA s
Implementing New Technologies and design changes
Apply patches/up grades to Maintain Security level
Responsible for building and maintaining Test Environment
Updates the knowledge base
Technically upgrade Across versions Of Environment when Required
Participate in Monthly Steering committee meetings
Participate in monthly QA Audits
Working On network Device Unix Server/ Storage Devices ( Depending Upon your Respective Domain
